  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
