  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (red and green), sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms (button or cremini), sliced
  • 1 cup provolone or Cheez Whiz cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Add the onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
