  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onions and bell peppers in olive oil until soft (about 5–7 minutes).
  3. Push the veggies aside and add the ground beef; cook until browned (8–10 minutes).

  5. Add Worcestershire sauce and sugar-free ketchup; season with salt and pepper to taste.
