  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, instant yeast, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil; stir until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Incorporate minced garlic and chopped rosemary into the dough by kneading them in.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  6. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into equal portions, filling each muffin cup halfway.
  7. Let rise again for another 30 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before baking.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
