  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by rinsing the blueberries under cold water and patting them dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one half of each tortilla and top with fresh blueberries.
  4. Fold the tortillas in half and heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
