  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Separate egg whites from yolks in two bowls. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and create mounds of the egg white mixture.
