  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
  • 1 medium ripe tomato, diced
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced (red or yellow)
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping all vegetables finely to ensure even distribution in the wraps.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat on a surface. Spoon cooked beef onto each tortilla and layer with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll from the bottom up to secure fillings tightly.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place wraps seam-side down in the basket in a single layer and air fry for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Carefully remove wraps from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly before slicing in half.
