Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb skinless salmon fillet
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Season salmon with salt and pepper; sear until golden brown (about 4 minutes per side). Remove and flake into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, scraping the pan to release any brown bits. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted. Gently fold in flaked salmon.
  6. Toss cooked fettuccine with the creamy sauce until well-coated. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
