  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Prepare caramel by melting sugar in a saucepan until golden brown; pour into the bundt pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add eggs, evaporated milk, oil, and vanilla; stir until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, blend evaporated milk, condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla for the flan mixture.
  5. Layer the chocolate batter first in the bundt pan followed by the flan mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes in a water bath until a toothpick comes out clean from the cake layer.
  7. Let cool completely before flipping onto a plate.
