  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
