  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1 can black beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed; optional)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
