  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp Moo Shu sauce mix or hoisin sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Dice the chicken and slice the vegetables.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
