Instructions

  1. Peel the plantains and slice them into 1-inch thick chunks.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Arrange plantain chunks in a single layer in the basket, lightly spraying with olive oil and seasoning with salt.
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
  4. Remove and flatten each chunk between two sheets of parchment paper until about half an inch thick.
